What Time and Timezone do sales happen in?

Sales will occur at 12:00pm Taiwan /  0:00am New York Timezone unless other wise noted. Always Taiwan Timezone. We are a Taiwan based company.

Do I need sign up for an account?

It is recommended that you sign up for an account. You can register at the top of the page. This is an easy way to keep track of your order history and shipments.



Can I get a refund or make an exchange for color?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the tracking number to track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via Post Parcel Service to worldwide.

Do you accept credit card for payments?

We only accept payments by PayPal for oversea, ECpay for Taiwan

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our facilities in China. Occasionally, we may ship items from the Taiwan.

When will I receive my order?

Arrival times will vary depending on location, country, and courier. When starts shipping, Most regions can currently expect a 14 to 30 day window from shipment to arrival. Unfortunately, some countries may experience even longer delays. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is simply out of our control. We assure you, you will receive your order.

Who pays for any VAT, IMPORT, or CUSTOMS FEES/TAX?

Customers are responsible for any and all Customs, VAT Fees, or Import Taxes that may incur upon arrival to your country.
